The troop is growing. We have three packs of scouts that have crossed over their fifth grade scouts to the troop in the past two months. lots of exciting things going on. We camp every month. Check out our calendar for a list of campouts. Summer camp will be here before you know it. Start thinking about the merit badges you will want to take at camp. It is a GREAT day for Scouting!
Our end of Summer Court of honor was Great. The Scouts earned 92 merit badges, 22 rank advancements and more. Plus the troop took a bunch of 3-5th grade scouts camping at Bert Adams Scout camp. Be sure to check the pictures on this site. The scouts had an amazing time at Summer Camp. Tons of merit badges were earned along with camping nights.
The Spring Court of Honor May 16th was great. The troop also had our first Sibling Eagle COH on Sunday May 21st T2019 and 444B Dont Forget Summer Camp June 18-24th
T2019 has female cub scouts from four packs crossing over to T2019 in February and March. The new scouts will form a "First Year" patrol and immediately start working on advancement.
The SPL and PLC planned and put on the BEST T2019 Holiday/Christmas party EVER> Some of the scouts enjoyed a fun dancing competition(check out the video below), white elephant gift exchange, played pin the nose on Frosty and made ornaments plus more!!!! Our Committee chair and a few ASMs got in on the dancing action as well! Way to go Scouts!
Camporall at Woodruff was Fantastic. T2019 scouts and cub scouts from three packs joined 9 other troops for the weekend. 350 were in attendance and everyone had a great time. The scouts worked on advancement, played kickball, battled other troops in tug-o-war, participated in a scavenger hunt, geocaching, gaga ball and much more. We toped it off with a great closing campfire lead by our SPL and the SPL of boys troop 2319.
Summer Camp 2022. Woodruff Scout Reservation in N. GA Mtns June 19th-25th was a major success. 19 scouts and 5 leaders had an amazing week.
Webelos woods was a BIG success! We will have a large group of young ladies Joining our troop next year after seeing our scouts in action STAFFING Webelos Woods. Gret JOB!
The troop went mping with 2500+ scouts from all around Metro Atlanta. Scout Challenge at Bert Adams. Fun events are planned for the entire weekend including balloon rides, tomahawk throwing, games galore, food trucks and more. Plus some fun camping with your fellow scouts! Camporall at Woodruff in the GA mtns We had a blast!!! The scouts worked on advancement; three girls cooked and completed cooking requirements for First Class. They took a 5 mile hike, made a roaring campfire and just had a great time.
The water sports weekend campout was GREAT! Three scouts cooked for their patrols. We had some amazing grub. Tubing, kayaking, swimming, line and tender rescue and more.
Our Scouts did an amazing job at Bert Adams Summer camp. So many leaders, staff and fellow scouts stopped us to complement the girls on their scouting spirit and excellent scouting skills. Take a look at some of the pictures on the website. Get ready for Summer camp 2022.
WE ARE GROWING and are up to 35 SCOUTS in the Troop. Yay! Five girls are crossing over from Cub Scouts! We now have Five active Patrols.NEW PLC is hard at work planning the upcoming meetings. Look for more details.
Lake Allatoona Campout in March was an AMAZING Success! The scouts worked on advancement, 5 mile hike, cooking requirements, Ax/Woodyard/Totin Chip requirements and best of all...WE HAD FUN! Scouting Is Outing~!

SHOOTING SPORTS campout was a success. Congrats to all our scouts who camped in 25 degree weather, shot rifles, shotguns and archery.
WOODRUFF Campout was Awesome! What an amazing weekend for camping. T2019 did a fantastic job and had a great time. Our new historian was busy taking pictures and will be posting some later this week. Here are a few pics from your very PROUD SM! Keep up the great work scouts. Activities included a hike around the lake, fishing, Mafia game, campfire building and songs, fire starting using tools other than a lighter, cooking silver turtles, performing a skit during the camp wide campfire, star gazing, gaga pit games, and MORE!

ADVANCEMENT… are you ready to advance? Want to know what is the next step? See Mrs. Nava and read this info for Board of Reviews/Scoutmaster Conferences. If you are ready for a Scoutmaster Conference or BOR, please email Mrs. Nava at triana.luja@gmail.com (copy a parent and the SM Mr. Stadler kstadler@mindspring.com) with your request indicating which you need and the rank. Parents….WE NEED YOU! If you are able to sit on a Board of Review at the meeting, please let Mrs. Nava know. We need 3-6 parents for each Board so let's be there for the girls when they need parents to advance.
BLUE CARDS AND SIGNING OFF REQUIREMENTS… Being at home with a lot of free time is the perfect opportunity to get ahead on advancement! If you want to request a blue card, email Mr.Rohan (copy SM Mr. Stadler at kstadler@mindspring.com) and you can be issued a blue card electronically. If you need individual rank requirements signed off on, there are many ASMs willing to help -- all you have to do is email, and they can sign off in Scoutbook. Now, it is your responsibility to update Scoutbook with all previously earned requirements! If you have any problems or questions, you can ask Mrs.Blaesing.
