WELCOME TO TROOP 2019
Troop 2019 is an all-female scout troop proudly hosted at the Episcopal Church of St. Peter and St. Paul on Johnson Ferry Rd in Marietta, Georgia.
Our troop is currently recruiting young ladies who are interested in learning more about the scouting ideals of being Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent. We have a great group of experienced adult volunteers to offer guidance, but the girls will lead this troop.
Our programming includes weekly meetings to learn and practice leadership skills, work on merit badge and advancement requirements, and plan future events. We will also have monthly events and campouts/outdoor adventures.
Troop 2019 Over the Years
Troop 2019 is an all-female scout troop that launched on February 1, 2019. Currently we have 45+ registered scouts ranging in age from 11-17.
​Our all-girls troop:

has its own trained volunteer staff
-
requires all adults to maintain BSA Youth Protection Training certification
-
requires registered adult female leaders at all events
-
has its own Class A and Class B uniforms
-
has separate meetings from the boys' troop at St. Peter & St. Paul
-
host its own troop-level campouts.

has acquired and maintains its own equipment
-
attends council-wide functions and campouts, such as summer camp, jamboree, etc.
-
attends courts of honor and other celebrations with boys' troops
-
has every opportunity to earn the requirements to become an Eagle Scout.
